Dandelion has been used for thousands of years as a food and as a medicine to treat anemia, scurvy, skin problems, blood disorders and depression. A very rich source of beta-carotene, which we convert into vitamin A.
This flowering plant is also rich in vitamin C, fiber, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus. A good source of complex B vitamins, organic sodium and vitamin.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule, three times a day with 200ml of water, before meals.
Maximum daily dose:
1050 mg of dandelion root
